We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible.

 

Our Shipping is handled through The Courier Guy.

 

Here’s how our delivery works:

 

Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

Free delivery on all orders over R650.

A flat rate of R100 applies to orders under R650.

 

Standard delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days.

 

High-Risk Zones:

Certain areas are classified as unsafe for couriers. A surcharge (in addition to standard shipping) will apply. If your area falls into this category, you will receive an invoice before dispatch.

 

Outlying Areas:

Areas outside of main delivery centres may incur an additional surcharge of up to R250. You will be invoiced for this before your order is dispatched.

 

Courier Unable to Deliver:

Should delivery attempts be unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us, we’ll happily resend it once it’s back in our warehouse. Please note that the cost of reshipping will be for the customer’s account.
